Most borrowers:
1. Copies of the Drivers’ Licenses
2. Two Most Recent Pay Statements
3. Social Security or Retirement Award Letters/Statements if applicable for income
4. Last Two Years W-2′s/1099′s
5. Bank/Investment account statements for the last two months or most recent quarter – whichever is applicable
6. Divorce Decree – if applicable
7. Mortgage Statements/Insurance/Taxes on any other properties owned
Self Employed/Commission/1099 borrowers/borrowers with investment properties where rental income is being used to qualify:
1. All of the above documents
2. Last two years filed tax returns
3. Copies of all leases
